Employment Access Services Empowered (EASE) believes everyone deserves a quality life. We compassionately empower individuals to participate in overcoming their barriers to employment and housing, fostering independence and person-centered living. We bridge gaps and unlock potential, providing supportive housing and employment solutions that respect individual choices, promote integration, and honor the dignity of all.

 Objectives

 

• Empower individuals to take ownership of their career journey, providing tailored one-on-one coaching, personalized guidance, and supportive partnerships that integrate their unique aspirations, support systems, and priorities, fostering autonomy, dignity, self-determination, ownership, pride, and self-confidence.

• Championing inclusive and diverse workplaces throughout Pierce County by empowering employers to create and sustain equitable environments that foster employee well-being, productivity, and retention, providing expertise, resources, and partnerships that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

• Uphold the highest standards of transparency and integrity, providing participants with timely, accurate, and comprehensive information, while guiding and supporting them with expertise and empathy to inform their decisions and drive optimal outcomes.

• Foster a team of experienced and empathetic Supported Housing and Supported Employment professionals, guided by a fundamental principle of non-maleficence – first, do no harm – and committed to delivering client-centered care with uncompromising integrity, ethical excellence, and a relentless focus on participant well-being, dignity, and empowerment.
