Andrea Polson- HR / Administrative Assistant
As a former foster child and someone who's been through the system I've seen the damage a lack of resources can do to hold you back. I am passionate about finding new ways for EASE to provide even more assistance to our community.

Tara Moriarty- CFO
As a mother of three boys with unique abilities, I've developed expertise in navigating government benefit systems to empower my own family's journey out of poverty and into sustainability. As a certified Work Incentive Practitioner, I'm passionate about empowering others to achieve independence by sharing my knowledge and helping individuals unlock their potential for self-sufficiency.

Perry Suzuki- Glidepath / Intake Manager
Every day, I get to meet new, wonderful people searching for opportunities to turn their lives around like I have and sharing my knowledge of employment with them along the way. I take pride in being one of the first steps participants take towards a better tomorrow!
