Prompt Review: Website messages and queries sent to support@easeshes.org are checked multiple times a day for a warm handoff to our outreach team.

Initial Conversation: We connect within 1–2 business days by phone, text, or email—whichever is easiest for you.

Meet in the Community: You’re paired with a dedicated Housing or Employment Specialist who can meet you wherever you feel comfortable in Pierce County.

Does this service cost anything?
No. FCS supportive housing and supported employment services are 100% covered through Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). There is no cost to you.
Do I have to come into an office?
No. While we have office space, our team works directly in the community. We can meet you at a library, coffee shop, community center, or wherever is convenient and safe for you.
What if I'm in active recovery or have a background?
We meet you where you are without judgment—past history or active recovery are never barriers to receiving support.
Can a case manager or family member contact you on my behalf?
Yes. Case managers, healthcare providers, and family members are always welcome to reach out on your behalf to help connect you with services. Once enrolled, participants can complete a Release of Information (ROI), allowing our team to coordinate seamlessly with your existing care team and support network.
