Thank you for your interest in working for EASE. We are proud of the services that we provide to our participants, and we are proud of the assets that our employees bring to our company. We work with participants that are affected by mental barriers of many kinds including homelessness, mental health conditions and addiction. We help them to find permanent housing and sustainable employment that will assist in maintaining their independence. All potential employees are required to:

  • Pass a background check

  • Be 18 years of age or older 

  • Have relevant life experience -OR-

  • Have at least 2 years of customer service experience or relevant job experience 

  • There may be drug test required at the request of Management/ Administration during your employment
