Support That Puts People First
Everyone deserves the opportunity to build a safe, stable, and self-directed life. Our trauma-informed services remove barriers, honor personal choice, and provide ongoing one-on-one support.
Supportive Housing
We help people find and maintain safe, affordable housing. Our team offers personalized housing search, placement, stabilization, and retention support without unnecessary conditions or judgment.
Supported Employment
We help people prepare for, find, and keep meaningful employment. Services include résumé support, interview preparation, job matching, benefits planning, and ongoing workplace coaching.
Same-Day Treatment Access
Through our community partner, TRAAP Services, interested participants can connect with same-day treatment and additional community-based support when needed.
Getting Started Is Simple
1. Connect With Us
Call, email, or complete our online contact form. We will help you understand your options and verify FCS or Apple Health eligibility.
2. Create Your Plan
Meet one-on-one with your employment and housing team to identify your housing, employment, and independence goals.
3. Receive Ongoing Support
Work with your employment and housing team who will help you move forward, overcome challenges, and connect with community resources.
